Let's see if I can explain this right... I moved from one credit card transaction company to another so I can start using Authorize.Net...

The place I signed the merchant application with told me .25 + 1.75% per approved transaction... I then found out that Authorize.Net was charing me .05 cents per transaction (I assumed approved transaction) but they are charging me .05 cents for an approved, denied, batch, etc - Any kind of transaction.

This means if one day (never happen, but...) I had 20 denied transactions I'm paying 20 x .05 which is $1.00 ... Authorize.net will charge me $1.00 since they are transactions and all denied... But VISA is not going to charge me the .25 x 20 (or mastercard, etc) - Only if they are approved..... RIGHT?

Correct me if im wron gtho... VISa/mastercard, etc will ONLY charge me if the autorization goes through.... authorize.net will charge me .05 regardless...

I am just a man of.. I read what I want.. They offer it.. I take it

The place originally told me .30+%
I called them up and asked them why am I being charged .05 from authorize.net.. They said they'll lower my fee to .25 but in reality they keep saying it evens out.. but it doesnt

If 100% of all transactions are approved and none denied.. I still pay .05/day per batch which is say $1.50/mo (wow.. heh)

But they are saying me it evens out 100% it doesnt.

And if there are any DENIED.. it doesnt even out..
