Created this for a contest on here - didn't win :). Thought I'd see if anyone else wanted it. I'm willing to sell it for $50/OBO - you'll get the graphics, html code (or php with includes for stuff like nav bars if you prefer), and the orig. layered file. Obviously the winner will have his/her logo and whatnot put in place of the current one.

Haven't purchased templates like this before, so the answer to the following question might be painfully obvious, but say I purchased that template of yours for a reasonable price, how exclusive would it be? I mean, should I expect to find 10/100/1000 other sites with a similar look and feel? And for something exclusive/unique, what would you typically charge for a template like that?

Thanks! I'm selling this one as an exclusive, so there will be no one else with this specific design. The current bid is $50 - I don't want to keep that person waiting too long, though, so I'll go ahead and sell if I don't hear anything more by tommorow...
