Does anybody know of any good Toll free telephone services (ex: www.ringcentral.com) that accept Paypal or a debit card?

I found one but it doesn't look very good:

Kall8 doesn't accept PayPal. Vonage, now that I think of it with VOIP, I think I would like VOIP and I could probably get a cc to pay for it, I know a guy told me of a VOIP company that offered unlimited minutes for $15 a month? I forgot the site name, anybody know?

Debit cards can generally be used as credit cards with any online ordering, as long as it has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it somewhere. If it doesn't, ask your bank for a card that does, or use a better bank.

Just be careful with unlimited providers there tos is the same as the unlimited hosting providers. You use to much and you are gone.
