Here is an excerpt from the chat with Resellershack few days ago. Such unproffessialism and misbehavior should be awarded with a topic...
After asking if they provide normal credit card payment for which you dont have to have paypal, Matthew realizes that they dont provide it and aswers normally that they dont have it and excuses, but a few mins after that it seems the guy on support is having a hard life and panics with a weird sentence and quits the session. It isnt a big deal but it was just funny and weird seing such sentence in such chat.
BTW: This was my first contact with them.
"Matthew" is Resellershack sales support and "hello" is me.
---
"hello: You have to ask yourself if you provide any other payment
hello: Friend tried
hello: And it asks for paypal
Matthew: Im afraid we dont then
Matthew: Sorry to Waste Your Time
Matthew: Bye Retards"

Well, you obviously weren't going to buy from them at this point. Did you really expect them to continue to treat you with respect? j/k :P

I bet that is a "shortcut" in their chat application.. the closing quotation mark would lead me to think they had something the wrong way around causing it to parse the description rather than the comment. That happens with PHP Live Chat.

Funny all the same.

Hi there,

Im Jamie, from ResellerShack.

To begin with, let me just say that i am disgusted by this. I am personally going to be reviewing our chat transcripts, and if this did happen (not that im trying to suggest you are lying), i will be taking preventative measures to prevent it from happening again.

If you could PM me the date and time of this chat, i will look it up for you.

Best regards,

Jamie

Might be :). "t" is really close to "g" on the keyboard, just above, actually. But its fun all the same. Never seen such a typo before, ... really.

Yeah, I thought that as well when I first read the post.
