Hi All,

I know that I should probabliy kick myself in the behind, but I signed up with www.netacore.com and now I can't get any reponse from the guys.

Does anybody know if they are still running or what the story is.

My problem is that I have no response to 2 emails and a support ticket. The billing system took my money and I was told i was going to get set up and a confirming email within an hour.

Now I don't want to sound like a whiner here but I just feel like they took the money and ran.

Any suggestions?

PS: If anybody from netacore reads this, please don't take this as a critisizm, more like a plea for help.

How long ago did you sign up? I would give them at least 24 hours before getting upset. Sometimes unforseen problems can arise and delay things a bit.

Well it's been only about a day, so I am really not trying to badmouth anybody. I just feel like I have been completely ignored and from the looks of things once you post something to this forum ALL web hosters take notice. Like i said I'm being nice only sent 2 mails and a support ticket, and just actually wanted to know when I should start getting worried.

My two main points are that the signup receipts promises an hour and their support is also 24/7, and still nothing. But we will see ...

One thing I can comfortably say though

Well... I signed up with them a couple of days ago before transferring my domain name. Email support was always quick and helpful. Today, though, my temporary account is gone, and my domain names now point to their nameserver, which then points to the middle of nowhere. I've sent 2 tickets today with no response so far. They did say in an email that they were "currently installing a new line of servers", so maybe that's causing the holdup/problems.

And of course, as SOON as I post, it's fixed.

Figures. :)

i sent them (an admittedly long) email requesting more information prior to choosing a new host, they never responded to that. i don't know if that really helps you (since you've already signed up), but maybe it's an indication their email isn't working?

needless to say I'm still looking...

webwobbler, Please PM me with your username so we can resolve this. There has been a slight delay in order processing only because we recently upgraded our equipment and increased capacity.
