I am just wondering I have submit around 3k websites via Google Sitemaps its been 2 weeks now my sitemaps are not showing up in Google ? How long does it usually take and is there any trick.

that's a lot to submit in one go - maybe Google thinks you are spamming?

Use this tool;
http://www.sitemaps.blocklayer.com/EditMap.aspx

After creating map just copy and paste into notebook, and save it as sitemap.xml file, upload to your site and inform google about it.
