Hi,

I am looking to get a new RELIABLE chat system, which we can use, for 24/7 support and sales chats. The three I like are:

http://www.kayako.com
http://www.phplivesupport.com
http://www.clickchatsold.com

Which one do you think has the most features or better features? Which one would you recommend? Which company has the fastest support? Also, which one works on a Dial Up connection? (Just wondering).

Let me know what you think.

Thanks.

Well I use clickchatsold on my site and am quite happy with it. It is reliable and best of all it's free. I am on a dial-up connection and I have no problem with it!!

I'm using HumanClick through BravNet ( The paid version ).
It costs just $19.99 a month ( so you don't have banners ), and I'm very happy with it :)

I love ClickChatSold, it has most of the features that HumanClick pro has, yet its free. They have a very nice service. I just wished they offered customized images, or a broader variety of images.

I don't see $19.95 on their site anywhere.

It's not listed @ humanclick.com/liveperson.com.
Get an account at BraveNet and you'll see :

$19.99/month for the express version
$59.99/month for the pro version ( up to 3 operators )

We use http://www.phplivesupport.com
and it works good, a few small bugs , but its worth the money, we can track visitors etc.

http://www.mylivesupport.com is probably worth a look too. They have a free version with a few limits (only x amount of pushes a day, etc), but it will give you an idea of their paid versions.

Cheers
