I was trying to add a secondary HD to a RaQ3. The motherboard only has 1 IDE connector. I added the second HD in a daisy chain. On the primary HD, I added a jumper to make it the primary drive. On the second HD, the manufacturer's instructions indicated that a seconday HD does not need any jumpers. I connected the two HDs via a multple IDE cable, connected the power, and nothing happened. I could hear the second HD power up. I then went into Maintenance/Storage and it only displayed the primary drive. There was not an option to find/install a second HD. Did I do something wrong? I am using Seagate U Series 5 ST320413A 20Gb.
