do u have any problems with 2CO?

i make 3 orders via 2CO during last 10 days

1. first order i payment processed, and i got notification (confirmation)
2. second order: vendor get payment, but i don't get any confirmation
3. 3-rd order (3 days ago).
after i fill my CC details, click on pay button (then on a button in small window), redirected to confirmation page ... where i view order number.
don't get any email from 2CO

but ...
vendor don't get payment, the only thing that he get the order number. nothing else.

is it normal process? 3 days and no payment and no confirmation email?

definately it isnt normal .........

2co is converting their accounts from V1 to V2 by Jan 31 2006, so that may be the cause. Anyway it's best you talk to 2co directly.

2Co has set a deadline for all vendor accounts to be converted from Version 1 (V1) to Version 2 (V2) by January 31st, 2006. After 1/31 all new sales pointed to V1 will be rerouted to V2 and the net result of all sales and refund activity in V1 will be forwarded to V2 for dispersal.

What does this mean to you?

After 1/31 all new sales pointed to V1, will be rerouted to V2. It is highly recommended that you review your V2 setting and complete the conversion manually so you can test your account and the sales process. It is also very important that you verify your banking information in V2 is correct and up to date.

As Ocean mentioned above, talk to them about it and they'll help you out. They are much more helpful and understanding than Paypal is.
