:: Detailed Feature Description

▪ Server Hardware

All servers are industrial-grade powered by minimum configurations of a 1GHz processors with 512MB RAM although some of our newer servers have dual processors and 1GB RAM. These are RedHat 7.2 boxes with the latest stable 2.4.18 kernel.

▪ Network Connection

Servers are connected directly via dedicated 10 mbps switched ports into a Gigabit switch. Currently, we utilise multihomed connections to Cogent & Epik. We are in discussions with our upstream provider to add Level3 ( Yes, its Level3 alright :) )connectivity by the end of May.

For the month of April, we achieved 99.93% network uptime due to a 30 minute router maintenance outage. 99.9% network uptime guarantee.

▪ Cpanel

You will be given reseller access to Cpanel/WHM to manage this account. We are constantly updating to the latest version of Cpanel as they are being released. We will also install custom skins which you purchase from third-party developers at no additional cost. Just zip it up in the appropriate tarball and send it over to us.

▪ Custom Software

We understand that as resellers, not one hosting plan fits all. Therefore, ONEfusion is always willing to listen to our resellers' unique hosting requirements. For example, we have installed tons of custom external perl modules, RPMs, addons and even apache modules just to make your hosting business stand out from the rest.

Yes, we know that $30 is a ridiculously low pricing especially with 10GB of space and 50 GB transfer couple with Cpanel (a $99/month fee if purchased separately). However, the fact is that this is primarily multihomed bandwidth to Cogent & Epik (with backups of course) and we are basically making a very small margin on these accounts. So there is no harm in passing the cost-savings to our customers by offering lower prices! :)

How many free IPs are provided?

You just mention Additional IPs: $1/monthly

Basically your reseller plan will be able to utilise up to 4 IPs but let me explain them in further detail first in order to avoid any confusion.

1 IP for shared virtualhosts. This is the default IP which WebHostmanager uses to create your name-based hosting sites under the reseller account.

1 IP for your company's domain name. For example if your domain name was superwebhost.com, this domain will be setup using a dedicated IP address.

1 IP for your primary DNS nameserver - ns1.superwebhost.com

1 IP for your secondary DNS nameserver - ns2.superwebhost.com

I belive what brandon means is, when you sign-up a new customer via WHM, do they get a dedicated IP for their domain. And is this then charged to your card at $1.

For example, you signup 500 customers, thats $500 billed to your card. I know your taking in a *LOT* more than this, and in comparason it wont matter. But its a good inquery.

Hi Raiak & Brandon,

Accounts which you create are name-based by default unless otherwise specified to use a dedicated IP. We also require you to order IPs beforehand if intending to use them, this way you won't end up with nasty billing surprises since the purchasing of IP is fully controlled by you.

Thanks for the reply. How about your users. How would they go about access their site. It takes 24/48 hours for domains to refresh, so is their another way they can get to it, until their domains ready, for IP'less customers.

I have one of the Max server accounts, we have had a few bumps along the way but the guys are very responsive and have been great to work with. If things stay good I am moving more accounts there and going to order another max account from them. I don't think anyone that deals with Caleb will be disappointed, he is a good guy.
