Hello

i have a problem with yahoo domains
i own a domain with .BIZ

and it will be expired sooner


when i tried to transfer to onther registerar asked me to obtain the AUTH CODE or THE EPP Code to can transfer the domain from the OLD ONE (YAHOO)


i contact them from 2 days ago and they didnot reply me till now

can any one HELP ME

As I pointed out in an earlier thread contact melbourneIT since they are the actual registrar. Yahoo is a reseller of theirs.

it is normal yahoo dont answer your question. their workstyle is this.

contact with melbourne! maybe they help you

In order to transfer an EPP-based domain from Yahell, first you need to 'cancel' it at Yahoo; they will place the domain to your Melbourne IT account. Once this is done, you'll need to contact Melbourne IT and they (probably) will supply you with the code.

Good luck, it looks like you gonna need it.

the folks at melbourneIT are idiots, they never answer to emails. again you get what you paid for. i've requested to change my whois info after i paid to make it private. they keep asking for my home address, birthday, fullname and so forth each time I email. It's been 4 months and I simply gave up. I guess that's how they do business in their part of the world.
