I have set up a vacation message (auto response) for one of my users. I have tested it and it works...once ! After the first auto response I don't receive the auto response message again. I have checked the user settings and the vacation message box is still ticked but no message.
Could it have anything to do with the vacation message being cancelled once the email address has been checked for email...ie the RAQ4 thinks the person is back from holidays ?????
I am very puzzled and would appreciate the views and advice of anyone who has successfully set up 'vacation message'.
