Hi,

Myacen has deleted my index.html and replaced it with a file stating that my account has been disabled and to contact them.

I have tried emailing them at all their email address but they all bounce. I have tried posting in their forums but it won't let me post. I have tried using their online contact form but it produces an error.

Have they gone down? I think it is very discourteous to not at least receive an email to tell you why your account was disabled.

Can someone from myacen PLEASE contact me.

Their site's up. I doubt they would have gave you the disabled account page if they were down.

Just a possibility, but maybe you need to register a new username in their forums before you can post?

I hope you get this sorted out quickly. :(

We have recently had problems on our "yeehaw" server, and your site has been identified as the offender of these problems. We have found that over 30,000 spam emails have been sent via your script formmail.cgi, causing loads to increase on the server eventually bringing it down. Due to a lack of response from our initial email that was sent 24 hours ago asking you to remove the script, we have removed the offending script, and are suspending your account until further notice. Now, this email was sent to yaroATmtgparadise.com, when sent it bounced we attempted 3 times same result. This is the only email we have on record for your email account. Strangley enough the first email notifying you of the script problem did not bounce.

You then posted on Ausforum "http://www.ausforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20204" and have yet to contact me, or any of our support staff. I am not sure why it bounces for you or what error msg's you are receiving but I also gave my personally ICQ number to which you did not contact me through either.

Furthermore, we have not disabled access to your account on our forums (You will need to reply to the email that was sent out by vbulletin) to be able to post. I can show you evidence of maillogs, and what was actually sent out when contact is made. Formmail has exploits and yours was exploited.
