I am seriously considering reselling web space over the net. I am going to target my audience to teenager's personal sites.

So. I am going to ask. What do you need to do to get started in this business? Give me some tips =)

I personally wouldnt recommend reselling......but if you want to get started, here is tips that I would give for what you need:::

1) A site, try to differentiate it a little from the 10 billion other hosting sites out there...

2) Some kind of credit card processor or merchant account...The former will be much easier......Companies like 2checkout.com and revecom are worth a look

3) A reseller account with a hosting company.....These generally come in two different formats.....Bulk plans, or plans where you just resell existing plans but get them at a cheaper rate....

4) Some knowledge of hosting and technical issues.....The more the better....

5) Be dedicated to what you start......it will require time and effort....and you will have to put in time providing support to clients...

6) marketing - this will include advertising etc etc......can be costly.......

7) Cover all business and legal issues.....Will vary depending on where you are.....

8) Create a busines plan........

9) Do a hell of a lot of research, and ask a lot of questions...
