Hi everyone, i'm wanting to sell a domain under 1&1 but without the use of sedo but on some forum, could anybody tell me how to move the domain out of my 1&1 account to someone else's account (who might not have a account).

You will probably need to transfer the name from oneandone to the registrar of your choice

Reading this in connection with the OP's other post I believe the intention is to open a 1and1 account for his prospective purchaser and move the domain from his own account into the purchaser's account.

I would have thought that the easiest way of finding out this information is to look on the 1and1 web site, or ask 1and1 Customer Support...

I was also going to suggest just contacting 1 and 1
