Hi:

One of my raq's is forbidding me to access the siteadmin and admin page. The Default holding page for the RaQ loads when I type in the IP address or domain name.

This is the 3rd time this has happen, after an OS Restore.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks for your time and help.

Try this:

http://ip:81/.cobalt/sysManage/

The trailing forward slash is important if your domain does not resolve -- put it in there.

Hope this helps,
Drew

Thanks.

But it did not work. It still tells me Forbidden, You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server.

Aaarrrgghh

Any other suggestions from anyone out there. Thanks again for your time and effort.

Good point about SSL. Otherwisae, if you have telnet/SSH access you'll porbably want to hire someone to come in and clean it up.

No. It is not on SSL. I tried that too. It is giving me a 403 error. Forbidden. I just did an OS Restore on the RaQ. It worked, and now two day's later it doesn't work. This is the third time I OS Restored the RaQ, and the samething keeps happening all over again.

So should I do another OS Restore?

Thanks again everyone for you help!

That's wierd. Sounds like your RaQ can't find any of the files it needs. Your http requests are being handled just fine:

HTTP/1.1 302 Found

If you can't access the admin screen, you might want to check if it is running. If it isn't, you can restart it:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv restart
