Are there any billing scripts that integrate with WHM that interface with Authorize.net? I do not need automatic account set up, in fact I would rather not have that. I need check for fraudulence. I Would like to know where I can find some scripts like this.

If you can wait, I woudl recommend you to take a look at ModernBill, they are workign on integration with Cpanel :)

phpmanager works with WHM, not sure about authorize.net though. Might want to check out their page at www.phpmanager.com

I use it and am happy with it, creates accounts instantly, manages customers, etc.
