Worst feelings with the jlhost.com
I had a reseller with them, recently i moved with all the accounts from there to the DVPS of Layeredtech. Jlhost is also housed on Layeredtech. But there maintaining server performance is not that much good as usual should be.

There support is also not that much good at all.

And another thing is there uptime is so much worst. They only have 92% although they will say they have 99% uptime :uzi:

You can probably mail to their sales department and see about their response and their uptime lately.

support is ok and uptime ? nobody will tell me true :(

Still, you can give them a try and check if they have a money back policy and get a refund if the service is not ok within the time frame.

This person Hadrick once had an arrangement with us to have a free reseller account. Once we knew that he was hosting a forum with warez links we kicked him out.

Ever since he has been trying to make up stories and trying to cause trouble, hack attempts etc.

He doesn't really know what he's talking about.

And the shortwhile he was actually hosted with us for generated fake google ad clicks, there was no downtime. He's lying.

Ugh, we've all had those types of clients before, completely understandable from my point of view. Don't you have some sort of privacy policy that prohibits you from publicly posting such information?

I have not revealed personal details. Not even an url or email address. I doubt Hadrick is even a name, it's an id. He was also hosted free. One of those arrangement via IM events. I'm sure most of you had many of these in the past. Hadrick is now running a web host himself, will not mention what name.
