When we originally were in the market for this solution, they were not quite there. Java-based GUI, Expesive 2Us, no HA, etc... These have all been addressed. I know that they are active in feature request and implimentation too. On a side note, these guys do the DNS for COMEX or ISPCON too. (At least they did).
