Just to get this out of the way: this is not a paid position, and you will not be hired by my company! With some effort, this project can become profitable, but until, no dough.

Anyway, I don't want to go into much detail, but this is a fairly large project, involving online communities, and I simply don't have the time to market and promote it myself.

What I am looking for is someone who will control several communities. We provide the hosting and installation, but someone else takes care of the community administration. It will be this person's job to market and promote the communities, make sure they become and stay active, and moderate the discussions.

What do you get in return? The idea with this project is that it will be profitable in the fairly near future. This partner will receive a full 50% of all profits from this project.
