Hi All,
Well to start things off i work with a group that sells software on the net.
About a month 1/2 i suggested we setup 2checkout as another payment option for our site. Weve always used paypal in the past and have had no problems with them but we wanted other options for users to choose from. I selected 2checkout as ive seen alot of sites that have it and they have had good service from what I see.
Well all has gone well with 2CO, the only problem ive come across is their verification process. It has been over month 1/2 and are account is still not verified and our cash is "pending". So course I went ahead and contacted them like 4 times regarding the issue and they have to call our clients to verify our sales. Ok not a problem with that I told them. Its just im now getting in trouble with my company cause we have several $k just sitting their and its been more than a month and 2CO keeps givings us the same answers.
I just wanted some feedback from others who have 2CO and has gone through the whole verification process. How long did it takes for you guys till your accounts got approved?
Also can something like this be done. When I contacted them I also asked if it was possible for us to get in contact with our clients and if we could ask them to give 2CO a call to verify our account and the staff said that it was ok. So if i were to get a friend of mine to purchase something from our site and then call them up to verify our account, would something like that be ok?
Reason im bringing this up on here is cause ive posted this on the 2CO forums but ive never got one reponse back from anyone on those forums and plus im getting hooked to WHT. :lovewht:
