Can someone recommend a place to rent a managed dedicated server. I don't only need decent hardware - but fast and responsive support as well. Who are the best? - Hoping for some input. Support is really what means most. I don't wan't to sit and wait for 15 - 24 hours or more getting more and more embarrased towards my own clients whom I wants to provide with decent support.

The best way I have found support is to find someone you know that works in the datacenter that will "Take care of you"

Other than that, you are a unit, and units are easy to ignore.

Unfortunately I don't know anyone in a datacenter so I just have to keep searching.

I think rackspace (http://rackspace.com) support is great. However, I haven't use it.

Do they suck as well?:bawling: :bawling:
