Exovian currently has an opening in our Level 1 Support Department and a few openings in our Sales Department. Listed below are the tasks & requirements of these positons.
Level 1 Technical Support Agent Tasks
Assisting customers via Live Help, Helpdesk, and Forums with things such as: Creating Email Accounts, Databases, Sub-Domains, and basically everything that can be done using a customer's cPanel. Any issues that cannot be completed without root access can be pushed to our level 2 department.
Requirements
-cPanel/WHM Control Panels Knowledge
-Plesk for Windows Control Panel Knowledge a Plus
-Kayako Helpdesk Knowledge
-Live Response Live Help Knowledge
-Great People Skills
-Proper Grammer
Salary: Pay Per Ticket & Pay Per Chat
Shift: M-F 10AM - 6PM EST

Sales Representative Tasks
Assisting customers via Live Help, Helpdesk, and Forums with pre-sales questions. It would mainly be done through our Live Help System.
Requirements

-Plesk for Windows Control Panel Knowledge a Plus
-General Web Hosting Knowledge
-Kayako Helpdesk Knowledge
-Live Response Live Help Knowledge
-Great People Skills
-Proper Grammer
