Need a web designer to create a new design for my site: http://www.image-uplooad.org as well as 2 additional graphics.

We require a design that is:
*Sleek
*Minimalist
*CSS/HTML/XTML Valid
*Low file size
*Intergate with the preview page.

Would be required to complete the job within 2 weeks, half payment at the beginning, other half when completed.
