Need a managed windows server

i have no experience with windows server administration i want a managed windows server with plesk they would make all security implemantaions

cpu:celeron 2.0-2.4
bandwith:600GB to 1000 GB/10Mbps
control panel:plesk
os:windows 2003 server standart edition
hdd:2*40 gb
