I purchased ALL of the eLink skins (both the cPanel skins and WHM skins) from Razorskins a while back (for several hundred dollars I might add). I was guaranteed free updates and such.

Shortly after my purchase, I wasn't able to login anymore (they redid their website).

I have recently gained the need for the updated versions of their skins and have tried numerous times to contact them and have them send me the newest versions. They refuse to respond.

Has anyone else had bad experience with them?

From the WHOIS on their domain... looks like they provided either a fake number, or it -used- to be their number.

Hopefully they'll respond to your emails...
