Today I sent PM to TomD from 2checkout with the same question and I still don't have an answer. Can somebody else answer my question? Don't know is it because it's a Mastercard, or because I live in an Asian country. However, due to an overwhelming surge in fraud from several locations we have blocked access via several wide-ranged IP #s. If you want to set up an account from a blocked IP you can still do so if the majority of your customers will not also be from the same IP. Print our sign up page and order page and fax it to the 2CO office at 1-614-876-3580 and we'll set up the account on your behalf. We regret we've had to take these steps but we deemed it in the best interest of our merchants and ourselves. Kristin |
