I'm a reseller and one thing that bothers me is the lack of stream line support. So I'm wondering whether there is any good resource centers that you all loved whether it be a resource center for an ISP or web hosting, I just want to see what some companies are handling support.

I'm not really looking for a drill down FAQ, but something where customers login and look up information, check status on things, etc.

Well, more rather a central location to offer to customers as a place to login, check server status, learn why things don't work, what todo if something is broken, etc. It's a mix up of a FAQ but geared very close to a portal like setting I suppose. I guess a place where customers help themselves to information. Not alot of customers are smart and use Google. The info is out there, just that it's not centralized.
