Does anyone have any experience with either of these companies? Support? Reseller accounts good? How slow or responsive are the servers for Resellers? What servers are stable?

I need to have my customers on a good stable server that can hanlde email and provide SPAM and Virus protection. I have about 35 customers with an average of 20 to 25 email accounts each. Currently have some on a Reseller plan and some on a VPS. The VPS is Horrible. The Reseller plan only has about 10 active customers on it. The rest are on my VPS. I'm done with VPS. They can't handle email loads.

How many emails do they send per day?

If the VPS cannot handle the email load, I doubt you will be happy on a reseller plan. You might want to look for a low-end dedicated server. Check the dedicated server offers, you will find plenty of decent deals :)
