Hi WHT People, Currently we are running short on the hired help and wish to outsource a job. This is an internal job and needs to be kept in the strictest confidence.

We have a design consisting of 2 PSD files (one index page and a common content page) and a piece of flash.

This needs to be turned into a multiple paged working professional site. We need the site running and feeling very web2.0 to navigate (sub menus etc).

We expect that the following will need to be used:

PHP 5
xHTML
DHTML(?)
Java(?)
MySQL

The site will very much need to work the same way as these two links in both navigation and content function:

Elements to be included:

Simple CMS to manage (preferable not the need to manually change files).
Portfolio management submissions.
Domain name search tool (code will be provided as it draws form another site).
Newsletter tool to update content.
Featured projects (works from portfolio).
Hosting ordering (works same as the link above - 1 package, addon as required).
Tutorial and FAQ system (works the same as the link above).

Again, we would like all of this to be managed by a admin back end. The site will most likely use SSL where needed.

We would like completion before February. This would suit a professional who had an hour or two a day to work on it. There is no need to rush the job. For the right person we will be willing to may 200-300USD and up to 500USD if completed to all requirements and we are a happy customer.

There is also a very good chance that completing this work will lead to other work of a very similar nature.
