What would you do if:
Your server goes down by fault of the host. Then after over one week of this(+10 excuses) your server is moved to a new data center. Once your server is there you cannot contact support, and you maybe get a crappy reply by email every 2-3 days(with excuses, or saying it's fixed when nothing has changed). Your server remains down after 2+weeks. What do you do? (Some credit by the dedicated host is offered)

The way you describe it sounds like the company you are with does not actually own their own datacenter.
Concluded because they had to move your server over to another datacenter for which there is no other reason then a) the first datacenter burned down or b) they are colocating their servers or renting servers at a third party datacenter.
Assuming the above then this company seems to have made a terribly mistake in choosing the datacenter to colocate/rent their servers, discovered that now and is trying out a new datacenter.
This to me does not sound like a stable company at the moment. Although they might have the best intentions and want to provide excellent support they cannot because they have not yet found a datacenter which in turn gives THEM excellent support. Also having to switch datacenters could have an impact on their pricing. If they are unwilling to let it have an impact on their pricing then in the future it will have an impact on them (they'll go broke)
I'ld move out and go with a company that has an established record of providing dedicated servers

Actually, they owned the one it was moved from, they had connectivity problems and it was taking too long to get it back up, so they moved them to another NOC where they already have servers. I think they still plan on using the old one with connectivity problems.

I would re-read your contract/tos/aup/sla that you agreed to and find out if there was an uptime guarantee, if so, see what it says you're entitled to. Thats where i'd personally start, try to work with the people, because no matter how frustrating they may be, VISA can be worse.

either that or take the gamble, stick with the company and get all the credit out of it you can.
