Currently, I do not allow any web hosting customers telnet access to the server so, if a customer requires a GPG key for email encryption I manually create it for them.

Is there any way that the customer can download some software that will allow them to create a GPG key which they can then upload to my server? I know that PGP Freeware allows you to do this but it creates PGP keys not GPG keys.

That is exactly what I was looking for. I don't know how I missed it. I kept visiting that site and only seing the Unix version.

As far as I know, GnuPG and PGP are both OpenPGP compliant and therefore are compatible to each other (apart from some unsupported ciphers in GPG due to restrictions).
