Its not likely however, since both riaasucks.com & riaasucks.org is registered too.
I also know of a ton of other anti-riaa websites that have the word 'riaa' in it. Its likely they couldn't do anything to them just like there is mcdonaldssuck.com, walmartsucks.com, etc.

well you have a good case under freedom of speech against any lawsuit.
I have little doubt they would be interested in suing you over a domain, they would rather sue teenagers and adults for downloading music and overcharge us on CDs.
