According to http://www.iab.net/standards/adunits.asp, it seems the largest banner is 300x600 or 600x300, right? Any experts can suggest the standard big big banner, is it possible to have 800x600 for example? Maybe it is not called banner!

considering the download time for such a large image isn't that a bit much? are you intending entertaining your visitors or p*****g them off?

it could be flash?

As well as it being flash, it could be a different size as well.

The 800 x 600 would probably be called something like a "splash" instead of "banner".
