I am currently seeking a position as a technical support, billing or customer service employee. The ideal position would be with an established business/company with a current customer base, although those newer to the industry would be considered upon contact.


Hosting Profile

I've been working in the hosting industry since the age of 14 (currently 21), so in total, almost 7 years. Within this time frame, I've worked as a customer service provider, a technical support provider and a billing manager.

I've provided support through various mediums, including Live Chat, Chat over AIM/Yahoo/MSN, E-mail & ticket based support and phone support. I am comfortable with all mediums and would be willing to man all as needed and required.

I also have experience with the more common billing systems, such as WHM AP, ModernBill and PerlDesk though am open to new systems as well.

In addition, my primary control panel experience is with CPanel and WHM (administrative, reseller and user side), although I also have experience with Plesk Reloaded and Direct Admin (more so limited). Given time, I can easily learn a new control panel as needed to suit the positions' requirements.

- AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Skype
- E-Mail & Help Desk / Ticket Based
- Telephone


Desired Payrate

Preferred in the range of $7.00-$11.00/hour. I understand payment will vary company to company and I am willing to negotiate as needed. I do not wish to work on a per-ticket basis.


Hours Available

Based on EST (GMT -5) - 9am to 5pm, 11am to 5pm, 1am to 9am

I do not have obligations that would prevent me from working (i.e. no college or other schooling).

General Information

I am looking for a position to take on as a full-time job. I love working with people and have been told I have a positive attitude. I am a hard worker and would be willing to learn new information as required to suit the job at hand.

I have a very realiable connection the the internet and have 2 computers which are available all the time, so access is not limited in any form.
