I have a bizarre problem. I setup a RaQ server with the ip address of 63.145.181.87. It crashed and I suspect it was hacked. I restored the RaQ but everytime I try to access the website as http://63.145.181.87 to perform the configuration, it points to one of my websites. I have changed the hard drive, but I am still getting this error. I turned off the server and when I ping it, it is still alive. I also used Visual Route and it indicates that it connected. How do I go about finding out where this address is? Or is there something else going on?
