I realize it's shared bandwidth for those prices, but what sort of usage should I be able to expect?

depends on your usage, example would be 12mb to 15mb peak at times higher like 40mb or 60mb

In terms of your network, when does peak time begin and peak time end? I've been buying multiple 20Mbit unmetered's and roundrobin'ing those.. just wondered if I would be able to push that between 3pm and midnight or so eastern time. I'm not much of a hosting person, I don't know what the typical peak times would be considered....
