I am researching it for someone so i can't go directly to them. I thought users of Kayako could help me out here. empresasdehosting 01-06-2006, 05:08 PM did you search this in kayako forums ? forums.kayako.com to make something like this, you can go in ADMIN AREA - Diagnostics - Active Sessions ( im seen 18 hours ) WCHost 01-07-2006, 02:03 PM I always have a question...you know how you can reply the ticket through email. What happens if anyone SPAM it that way, will it flood the ticket? Lpal-Patrick 01-07-2006, 02:06 PM Yea i did search Kayako forums. I will try that Active Sessions thing empresasdehosting. Hey WChost , sometimes i get spam in the helpdesk and yes i do imagine that if you spam the email the ticket will be flooded. WCHost 01-07-2006, 03:16 PM !!! So how does people block the SPAM from the ticket? Orc Webhosting 01-09-2006, 09:18 AM I wish you'd at least look through the options of eSupport before saying it can't do this and that. There are flood controls that will prevent your helpdesk being flooded. As for spam, there is an option to admin mailed support tickets from registered users only (meaning your clients need to create an account on your support site before they can use the mail piping feature). Alternately, you can use IMAP instead of piping and run whatever filters you want on the mailbox before allowing eSupport to retrieve the mails. |
