Hi,
I have registred a domain name 9 months ago with a domain reseller. everything was working fine untill the day I tried to log in into my account within the registrar customer panel and found that it was impossible : 'Error Message: Invalid Password/Username, or your User account maybe Inactive or Suspended' . I tried to get the password using the "Forgot password" option and I got this message "Error Message: User Not Found."
I tried to contact the admin with emails many times but he did not reply. I also was in contact with him by MSN but he disappeared suddenly (hope he is going well).
I am asking now how to get again access to my domain name?

If you cannot contact the reseller himself, you should contact the registrar for whom he resells. The registrar would usually try to contact the reseller and give him a reasonable time to respond. If no response, the registrar should then give you direct access to the domain name management again.

You should be able to find the name of the registrar by doing a WHOIS, e.g. at www.dnsstuff.com. When dealing with a reseller, you may see his name in addition to the actual registrar's name.

I will wait 1 month again the domain (maybe the reseller is in holidays) If still without replies I will contact the registrar.

I am with these guys! You want access to your domain name and cannot have it. If he was a legit businessmen he would have responded by now. By no means should you have to wait get your information.

Is your domain at least still up and working? If you PM the domain name to me or anyone else here we can probably get you the info you are looking for. Follow through now before it is to late and your domain expires and you no longer have any access to it.

Boy, wish all my customers were that willing to wait! :)

I have sent them an email the last friday (2 days ago).. still without any replies. Let's say it is the weekend and give them another one week.

I think the registrar is TUCOWS. here is the info I got after Whoising the domain name of the reseller :
