Ok heres my story.

Ive decided to start a community based, kindof webhosting, slash personal page site. I just want opinions on the domain in regards to the subject matter. Members will be able to choose from professional hosting with CPanel for a fee or a basic 3 page personal page, there will also be multiple features available like blogs, forum hosting, email accounts etc.

My question is, is the domain brandable? Im guessing it is since .com was available and I cant seem to find anything on google regarding freakyspace.

Also I would like to register the trademark. So if anyone could suggest a means of doing so I would appreciate it.

Also, what do you think of the name?
