Does anybody know about the cdgcommerce reseller program? We're intrensted to join it, but I need answers for the following questions:

- I'm not located in USA now, but my customers who I will get the merchant accouns for are located in USA. Does this make a problem?
- Can I apply for my customers, by taking the required info & documents from them and send it to cdgcommerce? OF course the required signature will be there too
- Will we get a commission from our customers transactions? or the reseller program is just for providing the service in the easy, organized way?

Is there anything important about the program? please let us know

I've read the information in cdgcommerce.com site, but they were not sufficient for me.

In direct answer to your questions above, the CDGcommerce Reseller Program is available to both U.S. and non-U.S. based resellers. The only difference is that for non-U.S. resellers, the monthly residual is sent via check instead of ACH direct deposit.

In terms of applying for your customers - for the purposes of proper underwriting, we ask that the merchant fill out the information via the online application system if they want to sign up via the secure online application method.

However, for anyone who has an existing business relationship with their client and wants to use our PDF option which is mapped to the reseller's ID and "pre-fill out" the docs and have their client sign and return it - that is also fine.

Regarding the commission question - yes, a residual commission is earned on all referred merchants. I'm a bit hesitant to go into further details about the program outside of the above direct answers as I feel it might be considered self-promotion per the forum TOS but hopefully the above response answers the initial questions that you had listed. :)

If an international reseller has a U.S. bank account then yes - we can ACH the monthly residual to it, that is no problem. :)
