I need someone to design a simple template, 2 banner 468x60, 2 poster 120x60 and 2 button 88x31. Animation 2-3 frame is fine, not more than 8Kb for banner, 5Kb for poster and 3Kb for button.

May I request you to reconsider your offer? To be honest, what you are asking from us is worth more than just $20.

For instance:

Template: around $50-$75 (without logo)
Logo: $20-$80
Banners
468x60: around $20 each
120x60: around $15 each
88x31: around $10

I am talking of averages as found on WHT. Prices maybe significantly higher outside WHT. Most of people here have special promo prices.

I hope I have given you an idea. Of course, there are also others who may need to develop their portfolio and may offer you free service! or the least take the $20.
