Anyone know why ipixet.com has PR10? I looked it up in PR site, the backlinks are 3,750,000, its alot but I don't believe.

Buying a domain or site just because of its PageRank is a bad idea anyway, but if you're ever going to make that mistake always check out the backlinks (you'd notice in this case that none of the 3,750,000 "linking pages" actually included a link to the page in question) and cache.
