Hey,

Outside of phpAdNews and AdCycle, does anyone know of a solution that can handle 1+ million impressions per day?

I want to move away from AdCycle as there is no support for it, and the phpAdNews family doesn't want to install... (crashes every attempt...)

Thanks,

Tom

Sadly this doesn't answer your question but it may help.

phpAdsNew provides a free tutorial on installation on their site, which is WAY too big. I would suggest you look at their quick installation guide as its nice and small :)

Try Hotscripts.com (http://www.hostscripts.com).

Hey,

The problem turned out to be the version of PHP that was installed... so phpAdNews / MMM can install...

I checked out hotscripts... but there were no other great listings...

the Adnews / mmm are great, but if it is possible to find something that has a smarter weighting system, i would much prefer to use it...

Some cost is ok... though http://www.advertpro.com is a little pricy...

If you really can install phpAdNews / MMM, then you should go for it. It's really powerful, and continuously updated. Even if you couldn't install it, it would be worth it to pay someone to do it. But it seems that your problem is solved :)

Hey,

I managed to get over the install glitch... but it seems that MMM has a ton of problems... seems everytime i try to do something, i come accross finding something that isn't working...

Right now... I can't view any of my stats, and for some reason, using the keyword selection tool, I can't add new banners...

I'm almost ready to go back to adcycle right now... very dissapointed with the support for mmm... most problems go without a reply.... so....

I can't believe there isn't a "GOOD" system around to buy for this purpose...

I have a question: what do you call those ads that are in-between pages?

For example, someone might click on a link & it will go to a page with an ad that says something like "Please visit our sponsors" & then there's another link on that same ad page that says "Skip this ad".

that's not a bad idea... cut down the ads on the main pages, and use a system like that instead...

not sure what its called, but i'll look into it
