Get it from www.macromedia.com (or don't get it). There are other less featured HTML editors for less. Or switch to Linux and use Quanta (they don't have a windows version I don't think).

www.nVu.com - if you're on a budget, you might find this to be just as good...or even better!

If your not doing this for commercial porposes, you can always get the 30 day trial of Dreamweaver from macromedia.com. On ebay you can find the "education" version of the software for much less than retail price... only that is not meant for commercial porposes either.

buy Dreamweaver MX and you can't go wrong... it's a great product, a lil pricey, but well worth it, IMO.

I have heard great things about NVU. Since it is free, it never hurts to give it a chance. That program has been reviewed on Tech TV, and other open source media channels.
Dreamweaver and Frontpage 2003 will run you about $400 to $500. I have used both, as there are advantages / disadvantages to each.
The biggest plus of Dreamweaver is that it has browser checking support. Frontpage will help you build a site that works in Internet Explorer, but may not display correctly in Netscape or Safari, etc...
I suppose that if you are using photoshop, that Dreamweaver might be the way to go. Adobe recently aquired Macromedia (Or was it the other way around?) and you are likely to see some great crossover applications because of that.
