Hello, I already have a few guys who are great at programming certain extra features and tweaks to preexisting php scripts on my site, and I have them working so many jobs now that I may need another php programmer to do a few more tasks. The tricky part is that I have been searching for php programmers for a long time and I have only chosen a few who work on my site because of my expectations. Basically I am looking for someone who knows what he is doing, is mature, is AVAILABLE, meaning if I need a script within a day or a week and he says it will be ready then it will be ready. I am a very busy person so there is no need to explain to me how busy you are or what are you doing, I just simply want to pay for a php script and know when it will be finished and we are done.

My guys who work for me charge reasonable prices, so those who charge $50 or more for even a small project that only takes 2 minutes to complete then please do not reply or contact me. If you offer reasonable prices then you can make a lot of money since a trust is then established. I do give a lot of money to those who do a good job so that is why my programmers are satisfied with the jobs I give them. Right at the moment I am looking for someone that could add pagination to an existing php page.
