Hello, I have recently been thinking about the idea of starting a support company. I have support people who are willing to work for me, at good rates. Before I go ahead with this project, I would like to know that people would be interested!

High Lights of Service:
1.) 30 min. response guarantee
2.) 6 hour. resolution guarantee
3.) Free Support Software

Here is what I could offer:

Per Ticket Prices:
$25 -- 20 Tickets
$50 -- 45 Tickets
$75 -- 70 Tickets
$100 -- 100 Tickets
Extra Tickets will be $0.75 each

Per Client Plan:
0-15 Clients $15
16-30 Clients $25
31-50 Clients $40
51-75 Clients $55
76-100 Clients $70
Extra Clients will be $0.50 each

Per Server:
$125/month per server with a max of 500 domains per server, extra domains are $0.25

Dedicated Support:
$15/day for 12 hours of support--1 person on clock at any given time
$24/day for 24 hours of support--1 person on clock at any given time
add additional people for $1/hour per extra person on clock

We are also looking at providing Live Chat support services. Which you will be billed at $1.25 per hour used, or you can buy a dedicated support package, and request for an operator to give Live Chat Support, at prices above!

We will have software tracking all stats, you will be able to check them at any time in real time, and will be able to see all chat, and ticket request. We will have a huge list of questions for you to answer about your services, which we will be able to search through quickly to speed up time spent with a client, and customer satisfaction.

We will be able to support Linux and Windows hosting companies

Please, let me know what you think!

I would use you if you can make that pricing structure work and your support is accurate and reliable.....

And, I need a support company within a couple of months, so make this plan happen fast okay!! ;)

Getting very close to signing up with someone else...

I'd consider you, if the timing works out. Prices look great if the service can hold up..

Define "Client":

a) a client is a single person who can ask questions of the support staff about any of their services, regardless of how many domains this client is currently hosting on the same physical server

or

b) a client is a single person who can ask questions of the support staff about any of their services, but limited to only a single domain name

Know what I mean? I have a client who has 10 domains on one of my servers.....would you classify him as 10 clients or 1 client when charging me on a PER CLIENT basis??

We closed 1000 tickets from 03/08 - 04/30

That'd be $775 with your pricing unless I misadded.

Now the question what is resolution?

Debugging perl scripts (typically simple file permissions)?
Adding subdomains in Plesk?

For the response times quoted, 24 hour a day support, yes, I'd gladly pay this, if you can supply.

Your pricing is a little confusing. Too many options.

If my hosting company has 3 servers, 175 tickets per month, 78 clients, and I want someone 24/7, what do I pay?
$375 per month for the servers
$175 for the tickets
$70 for the clients (is this monthly? weekly? daily? yearly?)
$24 per day for the 24hr support

Do I pay all of these fees? Or am I supposed to choose which one is most econimical for me? Or something else?

The Thinker,

I am not sure about your question, I need to think about it. I will get back to you asap.

Dixiesys,

"Resolution" is defined as solving the problem, almost all problems are able to be solved within 6 hours time, with good conversation between support techs and clients, this includes debugging perl scripts, adding sub-domains, etc. If the problem is not solved with 6 hours, you will not pay for that ticket/client for that month.

petertdavis and fractiousws,

Sorry, I did not make the pricing clear. All pricing is monthly unless stated otherwise. You can choose which plan you would prefer, based on what would best fit your company. You would not pay all of those prices, you would just chose one package!

Hi:

I would also like to know your time frame for implementation. Say, about 6 to 8 weeks would be good for me.

thanx, Good Luck with your idea.

Nice. Then I would be interested. Please let me know when you launch your service.

Hey HostScripts !!!!

You say you would have
1.) 30 min. response guarantee
2.) 6 hour. resolution guarantee

On 03-25-2002 08:21 PM I sent payment to you for a Billing Script & have only heard from you once, a couple days later asking if I wanted it customized to match my site.

I have sent you several Emails & PM's over the past month without as much as a simple "still working on it" reply.....

If you can guarantee a 30 min. response here, Why can't I get a 30 day response from you ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Thanks in advance for your fast response.
