Hello, I'm starting a new online magazine for men and I'm looking for a bit of a face lift. The site is in a later phase of development so the face lift may require a bit of experience in many regards. The site is an online magazine for men, eventually to be branded shortflip.com and similar in content to savvy.com, collegehumor.com and maximonline.com, although a bit of a hybrid. I'm looking for a bit of a graphical redesign that will intigrate well with our current customly designed CMS, so a bit of php knowledge is necessary to work around the current design. Graphics and CSS styling are necessary throughout the site, as well as making it more accessible. (Although i'm not expecting full validation, i'd like it to be alot cleaner than it is in current form).
