I have a lot of time on my hands. So I am offering my services out for companies looking for quality tech support that is affordable.

I am experienced with cpanel and ensim, and learn quickly so I could adapt to the other control panels.

I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. In the past I have been a reporter for a newspaper, which requires good writing skills.

I have been involved in the web hosting industry since 2002 and have worked with a few companies providing tech support to clients spread over many servers. I won't label myself a level 1 or level 2 tech because most companies are different, but I do have a lot of knowledge on the ins and outs of how things work. I could sit her and list everything that I have knowledge in, but I think that doesn't really give an insight to what I know. I will say that I do have an Associates degree in PC Technology/Networking.

It's hard to sell yourself by making a simple post here, but all I can ask is let me explain to you what I know in conversation and not here.

As far as an amount, I'm not looking to get rich. I will take a per ticket job and am able to work Midnight - 6am EST.
