I'd like to point out that on October 31, 2005, I sent a payment of $62.50 via PayPal to John Endicott as the first half of payment for work he was supposed to begin for me. I have not heard from John since.

I am assuming (even after over two months) that it is still simply a misunderstanding, and have contacted John regarding this matter. I am sure he will refund the money to me so he can be hired without any worry.

I have contacted this user today about this issue and we are resolving it now. It was a misunderstanding yes, but more on my part than his. I appologise for the inconviences.
